Today has been a rather frustrating day, instead of getting on with my next MBA assignment – having managed to find a spare week to work on it – I found myself working hard to find out why Google thought Business Opportunities and Ideas was distributing malware and then once I’ve found out why, how to remove the offending code and how to ask Google to review my site in order to get the warnings removed and my traffic from them restored.
Fortunately I’m not just a business geek, but also a techie geek so I’m aware of the techniques needed to find out what happened and to identify the offending code – but what if you, as a blog owner aren’t as geeky, technical or fortunate enough to have some time spare when you find that your blog has been compromised? What do they do?
Well it seems to me, that like me, they’ll be suffering, in pain if you will and as every good entrepreneur knows fixing people problems and making their pain go away is usually a good business opportunity. So if you’ve got the skills to fix hacked wordpress blogs then there’s a business opportunity just waiting for you. Me personally I don’t think I’ve got time to fix other people’s blogs, but I’ve brought the domain name Wordpress Hacked.co.uk and I’ll be putting a small site on there with useful tools and advice, both from myself and others that have had their blogs hacked or that are familiar with Wordpress security in order to help myself and others avoid this pain in the butt.
Fortunately Google has responded quickly and reviewed the site within hours and the warnings are now going – thanks Google, for both spotting the problem and promptly removing the warnings.

This blog is about business opportunities and ideas that I spot, think of or hear about and think are useful and interesting. It is intended to provide ideas and inspriation for you to help you find the right business idea for you to then grow it into a successful business.

Wordpress Hacked sounds like a great idea. The keywords in your URL is also good, so you’ll be able to optimise it nicely. Good luck with this effort, and keep us posted, so we can go support you once the site is up.
