It’s hardly a new idea but as computers get more and more complex, new operating systems start to come in more flavours than you can shake a stick at and we all start to store more and more priceless (to us at least) data on our computers I can’t help thinking there’s going to be some considerable growth in the market for good computer repair services.
Just think about it for a moment, are all your favourite albums recorded as mp3’s? Did you buy them from iTunes or another online supplier so you don’t have the original CD’s? All those excellent photo’s of your new child, your best mate, your holiday, your wedding were taken with your digital camera and stored on the PC.
If you run a business you’ve probably got all you contacts, email, letters, accounts and work stored on the PC.
So just how devastated will you be when it breaks, gets a virus, or just becomes unstable? Just how keen will you be to get the first competent person available to come and rescue your precious data?
