How To Get Rich is the “distilled wisdom of one of Britain’s wealthiest self-made entrepreneurs”. In other words Felix Dennis, much like Richard Branson, made himself very, very rich starting from nothing and in the book he tells you how.
Felix Dennis made his fortune from publishing; his company Dennis Publishing publishes most of the big computer magazines and other top name magazines such as Maxim, The Week, and Auto Express.
In the book Dennis lambastes many of the other “How To Get Rich” books on the market as few (if any) have been written by anyone who has actually managed to get rich – other than those that have gotten rich selling guides on how to get rich! Unlike those authors Dennis tells it like it is, he forces you to question if you really want to get rich and if you really have what it takes to get rich.
Dennis examines a number of topics including “fear of failure”, “the fallacy of the great idea” and “ownership”, all real issues any entrepreneur must understand. I certainly wish I’d properly understood them before I started out in business!
This book will help you get rich, or it’ll help you decide that getting rich really isn’t your goal.
