Obvious I know of loads of cheap business ideas – for a start this website is full of business ideas that you can have for free. However what I really think that people are after are ideas for business that can be started “on the cheap”, with little or no capital.
Well if you’ve got up to £200 to start a business and just want to get started as an entrepreneur then here are some business ideas that can be started for under £200:
- Start A Web Design Business For Under £200
- Start A Vacuum Cleaner Servicing Business For Under £200
- Start A Car Washing Business For Under £200
- Start An Affiliate Marketing Business For Under £200
- Hanging Basket Sales Business For Under £200
- Start A Book Publishing Business For Under £200
- Start A Leaflet Distribution Business For Under £200
Just remember while you can make a living from these businesses the right business for you is the one you are passionate about. Being passionate about your business is far more important than money and if you’ve got the passion, it’ll be a lot easier to find the money.

When you put it like this it is so easy to start a business for such a small amount of investment. For all of those people out there who have been made redundant they just need to think outside of the box a little….plenty of determination would also help too
Great site its so hard to start a new business on a small budget but these businesses are very affordable, and a breath of fresh air..
I love you selection of business ideas for under £200 – however I would debate that these can be started for free as I have outlined similar strategies in FREESOURCING:how to start a business with no money. Do you have any more ideas for free / cheap business startups that I could have a look at?
