While writing the post Selling To The Supermarkets in which I suggested the hiring of an MBA or MBA student aid in the evaluation a business decision, it occurred to me that many small businesses are unaware of the techniques taught on an MBA course. While few small business owners or entrepreneurs may wish or have the time to complete a full MBA they could benefit from an understanding of the topics covered.
As such in the next few weeks I’m going to begin a new series of post under the heading of MBA For Entrepreneurs. In the series I’ll provide a brief introduction to each topic and a high level overview of what you would learn plus a set of references to refer to for more information.
