Another series of The Apprentice is over and this year’s winner is Yasmina Siadatan.
Personally I was surprised that Sir Alan Sugar picked her – I really didn’t think he’d go for someone who is already running their own business. His henchmen didn’t seem too keen on her either during the interview task.
So now we just have to wait another 10 months until The Apprentice 2010 starts and we can all begin wondering who wins The Apprentice 2010. Hopefully the editing will focus a little more on the tasks and business side of things than the personal side next year. I can live in hope!

This blog is about business opportunities and ideas that I spot, think of or hear about and think are useful and interesting. It is intended to provide ideas and inspriation for you to help you find the right business idea for you to then grow it into a successful business.

I have been catching the series on satellite, and do feel that some of the candidates were really naive as to sourcing products and things most effectively, I mean come on, you are not going to go to a taylor on high street when trying to source a dinner jacket at the best possible price, for crying out loud! Here the street smarts of an existing business owner definitely carries more weight.
I am glad Yasmina won. Alan Sugar always goes on about how the apprentice must have an entrepreneurial flair, she has that.
